I just bought a Nolting fun quilter. Never longarmed before. What is the recommended height for the quilt to be?? My back has really been bothering me since I started “practicing”.

      Mine is a foot below waist high and is comfortable, but the handles sit up very high (chest height). It must depend on what on type of frame you have. The hint about remembering not to stiffen up your shoulders is good. If the pain is in your lower back try raising the table.
