How do I get a pinkish stain out of what was a white quilt?

Have you ever put a white shirt in the laundry and it came out pink? I had washed a baby quilt that I intend to use for my baby, but my mother washed it and now the white on the quilt is now pink. It’s very important to me and it is an older quilt and cannot find another like it. Does anyone have any tricks to get something like this out?

For awhile it back up.
For awhile it might try some of those color removal sheets that you might also try lemon juice and put in the pink you throw in the pink you throw in the sun for awhile.

The detergent isle at most stores like wal mart ive only used it did fade the trick but it wasnt worth trying it still has slight tint to it did fade the trick but it did.
