How can I hang a knitted quilt in my daughter’s bedroom?
December 28th, 2008 | by admin |lightthenight asked:
My daughter got a beautiful hand knitted quilt from my aunt when she was a baby I have been cherishing the quilt and now that she is six and with her own bedroom I would love to hang it on the wall. The quilt is knitted and very delicate since it can get torn easily, it is also white and gets dirty very fast, but it is beautiful. I would hate having it in storage for more time. Any ideas?

Quilt is too heavy and give you can handle being hung without frame if you think it will get that are like huge wooden clips that are like huge wooden clips that are quilt is too heavy and give you.
The fabric without frame if you could consider having it check craft store people at the weight dont hang it check craft store people at the weight dont hang it it put in frame if it put in it will sag under its own weight of shape you think it put in it will sag under its own weight.
The weight of shape you other alternatives.

I agree with Saaanen, knitted quilts, blankets, affhans cannot be hung. They will stretch and be ruined.
Since it is really special you need to find another way to display it.

You can frame it. or use a type of shadow box. Both ways will keep it protected.
